Every Search Gets an Answer
Some on-line catalogues rely on forms similar to search engines: user types in various search criteria, then click on the " Search " button and gets ... a certain number of answers, from zero to thousands ...!
If user selected incompatible criteria, he gets no answer at all. To finally get an answer, user enters a "trial and error" process until he can find compatible criteria. If each request takes several seconds, he'll probably give up searching before getting a satisfactory answer.
Overcoming this issue, zenBuyer's Exclusive multicriteria Search Engine respects criteria dependencies: only compatible options are accessible ; incompatible options remain visible, but greyed out and disabled like in a regular menu.
